About the service
Mangary is a personal diary application that can turn eligible diary entries into manga pages, when generation features are available. Features and access may differ during test releases and as the service develops.
Your account
Use Mangary lawfully, protect your account details and provide accurate information when needed. Do not attempt to access another user’s content, bypass quotas or security, or disrupt the service. You can use supported in-app export and account deletion controls.
Your content and permitted uses
You retain rights that you have in diary entries, images and other material you submit. You grant the operator a limited license to store, reproduce, transmit and process that material only as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, create manga, preserve service integrity and comply with law. Ensure you have permission to upload any third-party images or other material.
AI-generated pages
Generated manga can contain mistakes, inconsistent details, or unintended similarities to other content. Review generated material before you share or rely on it. Any rights or restrictions relating to generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and relevant third-party terms.
Free access and Premium
Eligible free users receive three manga-generation trials. Under current product limits, manga generation is limited to one generation opportunity per eligible day, and manga pages may use 2–6 panels. There is no extra panel-credit system. Certain benefits may require an active Premium entitlement. Any monthly or annual subscription is automatically renewed under the terms, price and renewal interval presented by Apple or Google before purchase.
Use the relevant app store to manage or cancel subscriptions. Use the in-app Restore Purchases option to restore eligible purchases. Refund and statutory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the store’s procedures.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mangary to infringe someone else’s copyright, privacy or other rights; submit unlawful material; impersonate people; evade generation limits; or interfere with our systems or other accounts.
Service availability
We work to maintain a reliable service, but AI generation, storage, exports and purchases can experience outages, maintenance or other interruptions. Features may change. Nothing in these terms removes legal obligations we cannot exclude.
Exports and sharing
When you export or share your content, you choose where it goes. Keep in mind that diary text and reference images may contain sensitive personal details.
Legal rights and disputes
Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you under applicable law. If you have a problem with Mangary, please contact support@mangary.app first so we can investigate. You retain any right to pursue legally available remedies and complain to a competent authority.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves, subject to applicable law. We will post the current version and update date here and notify users of material changes where required.
